To Knit With Love

When your daughter comes to you two days before the end of school and asks you to knit something special for a favorite teacher's baby, you quickly go stash diving for bulky yarn, grab your US10 needles, and cast on.

With some stolen moments throughout your day, you finish with only a few minutes to spare to embroider a pair of eyes and a smile.

You bundle up the little knitted bunny and rush your daughter off to school where she'll thank her teacher for all his help over the last two years and say goodbye as she'll be embarking on high school in the fall.

Wasn't it just yesterday when she would have cuddle up with a little bunny just like this one?
